PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons with Matt are for everyone.  Matt has introduced thousands of people to mind/body fitness as well as helped those with more experience round new corners in their practice.  Matt creates a safe, supportive, and fun environment to explore yourself, acting as an unflinching and discerning mirror to show you your own personal truth. Sometimes people work with Matt privately before they go into his group fitness classes. If you have injuries, Matt can show you exercises to help heal those issues.  Even after only one lesson, people often feel a new sense of freedom in their bodies and a lightness that comes from taking real ownership of their lives. Matt will meet you where you are, challenge your edges, and encourage choices that lead toward self-actualization.
