Yoga is more than exercise. It's a way of life. Please go get your shot of adrenaline in a heated yoga studio, but then also supplement that class with good hydration and nutrition, quiet and rest. Also, check-in with the company you keep, the business that you do, and the way that you communicate on social media. There is more to yoga than a Downward-Facing Dog pose. If you pay attention, you'll notice how your body likes doing yoga and how yoga's conditioning heightens other parts of your life. More than fashion, yoga is something that you can do for the rest of your life, and you get better at it! Practicing yoga is like learning to speak a foreign language. At first, some of the asanas (postures) may feel clumsy, but the more you do them, the more familiar they become to you. You'll grow in intimacy with yourself, and you'll discover yoga tools like patience, pacing, and compassion which will enhance all of your activities.
